Hello,
It take about 25-30 minutes to load Minecraft on my Nintendo Switch. This doesn't occur with any other game on the device. It's been going on for months. We have done several hardware resets (holding the power down for 15 seconds). Nothing seems to help, and it doesn't appear to be an issue with any other game.
Please indicate a solution.
