When I try to join my friends world who is on mobile it just says unable to connect to world but when I join someone else it works fine

When i try to join my specific friends world its says connecting to multiplayer game but then after 30 seconds -3 minutes it says unable to connect but when i try to join my other friends world its says locating server and then i am able to join the world
