[MCPE-13651] Witch Spawning

Witches spawning system in the over world are way to often, every single night, there's a witch, and yet there are no huts around, is this intended or am I correct?

This is intended. Witches can spawn even without witch huts

the witch is a mob very weird to find and sometimes spawn in the huts

I’m having this bug as well in 1.16.40 Nintendo Switch. The bug is not that witches spawn in the dark without a witch hut, it is that the spawn rate of witches in the dark is too big. I have had one witch every night now on Minecraft for 3 days.
