Mining Lag, Cutting lag, Digging lag [ Bedrock ] Windows 10

Whenever I try to dig, cut trees, mine or even as much as pick up a bed you can see the pixels lagging like crazy to where even a diamond shovel is having trouble digging through dirt.

This only started after the 17.10 update because every other update released before that the game NEVER did this, I tried everything even putting the setting down to their lowest and it still does this same thing.

Specs:

Intel i9-10900K 3.7 GHz
32 Gigs of ram
Geforce GTX 1650 Super 4 Gig

With these pc specs I should have no lag at all
