Minecart's (of any type) traveling at mostly max speed get stuck on corners with blocks on the inside and outside.
Clip doesn't show it all but Minecart's can get stuck no-matter the direction they travel at.
What should NOT happen = First half of Clip
What should actually happen = Second Half of Clip
