I'm on Xbox One in Beta 1.16.0.55. And this bug is very annoying, after realizing when I mined all my 54 ores and only got 54 diamonds...
I've found restarting the game on everyone's end fixes the issue.
Also switching between or quitting a host world causes this "Unable to Connect issue"
