Error while replacing world on minecraft bedrock realm

I think we are all aware of the error that has been known for about a year now. A whole year and this bug is STILL not fixed. I find it really sad because in bedrock edition survival, realms is VERY important since this game is crossplatform, console players are reliant on joininng their world without the owner being present and so on. So if anyone knows a fix, let me know. And also information on when you think it will be fixed. I contacted mojang support and got no fix. Nor a refund since I couldnt refund subscription through Microsoft. I simply wanted to play my survival world me and my friends worked on but I cant even upload a 15MB world! I tried almost every fix you can think of aswell as hours of research and nothing. Nothing at all. Im so dissapointed right now because I was such a big supporter of the Bedrock Edition of Minecraft. And something so crucial to the game can hardly function properly. PLEASE fix this. Begging from the bottom of my heart. (See see first screen shot for error)

Update: I also checked if it as my WiFi even though I was confident it wasnt. And turns out I was right. (See second screenshot)
