In my survival world, it was raining and I found that enderman were casually standing in rain! They were not taking damage. But they were taking damage from river. This might be a coding error or something. So please look forward for it.

I had the same Issue on a bedrock realm today, (20/8/21), an enderman was just fine in the rain, i exited and relogged into the server and it was still there, i attacked it and it did everything a normal enderman would doo, but it took no damage from the rain.
