the first (letter,number,symbol) in message take longer time than all the message to disappear

Cannot Reproduce

when typing in chat and send the message you can see when you playing (after out from the chat to the game world) the first (symbol or number or letter) take longer time than the message whail disappearing...for further clarification see the screenshots below.
