It is impossible to open Minecraft on the Nintendo Switch, as stated in the title. When the app is opened, a black screen appears for five to ten minutes, and after an amount of time that may vary, the software crashes without ever getting to the main menu or even the red Mojang loading screen. When it crashes, no error code is given (image attached). This has been ongoing for over a month now, and I have not been able to play the game since it started occurring. Even after trying every possible troubleshooting step, from restarting, to redownloading, all the way to cleaning my cartridge, nothing seems to work. Minecraft AND the Nintendo Switch software are both updated to their latest version.
