[MCPE-13779] Black Ring around the Player

I loaded my world and a black ring, like some shadow, formed around my player. It doesn't effect the gameplay at all, it just shows up and follows the player around. There's not much I can tell you about it, sorry about that.

Try changing view distance to observe if that changes anything.

I haven't gotten it to show up again, but the view distance was on max of that helps at all. I'll let you know of it shows again.
