The issue began around 8/3/21 (now 8/7) in Windows 10 edition version 1.17.10 and occurs regardless of experimental gameplay being turned on.
Game boots normally, but the first movements in the newly generated world become stuck only on the keyboard. Mouse controls and inputs are unaffected.

I have an extremely similar issue. When I press a key about four out of five times it will continue to act as though it is still being pressed after I have stopped pressing the key. A problem I also started having at the same time is that my inputs will not happen for around one second when I press the key. This issue began 8/7/2021 as soon as I started Minecraft Bedrock and joined my realm.
