Change the friction of custom blocks to be similar to the vanilla ice with the minecraft:friction component, but not as slippery.
Following is the JSON:
"minecraft:friction": 0.607,As you can see in the video below, walking on the custom block is set to the same speed as walking on the blue ice, but the custom block does not have the same sliding effect as the blue ice.
