So when making a custom block for an addon and make it when in a custom tick #, there will be a function outputed. The problem is, sometimes when the block is setblock/cloen/fill by a command or the function implemented from the custom block, it will instantly do that function. Ignoring the custom # of ticks in the custom block. Below is pictures of the code where I put 1.5 tick of the block doing the function of setblocking or filling. In game the Block just zooms, and even I out in a higher #, it still do that.
