For example, say that you had pack A and B, and pack A has the subpack options 1,2,3, and 4, and has option 1 said by default. Pack B depends on pack A in its manifest. If you picked subpack 4 on pack A while having pack B loaded, pack A will just use the default subpack 1

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Activate two packs, one that has subpacks, and one that depends on the other
2. Change the subpack option
Observed Results:
The selected subpack is not used, and instead, the default one is used
Expected Results:
The correct subpack is loaded and used
