So today when I wanted to get some building done I misclicked and my dragon egg teleported away. I thought nothing of it except when I went to search for it I couldn't find it. I started to panic and hopped on to a creative mode and did kill @e no dragon egg so it didn't drop as an item. Then I used command blocks to clear out a huge area. Bigger than how far an ender dragon egg can teleport. I couldn't find it. Idk what to do now so I'm reporting this bug here. Any advice would help.

Is this still an issue in the latest version? If yes, can you please add it to the affected versions (or mention it if you are not the reporter)?
