Summary: Scripting API doesn't work on anything but Windows 10.
Steps to Reproduce:
Step 1: Download a Pack Containing a Script on anything but Windows 10.
Step 2: If you can't do Step 1 then Create a Script.
Step 3: Load a World with Experiments On and Attempt to Use Script.
Step 4: Repeat.
Observed Result: Scripting API only works on Windows 10.
Expected Result: Scripting API works on all platforms.

What exactly happens when trying to use the scripting API on another platform? Please put that information into "observed results" along with the platform(s) you tried.
