[MCPE-138963] Experience bar is asymmetrical

The Minecraft Bedrock Experience bar is messed up compared to java. If you look at Bedrocks XP bar you can see that in the middle the boxes are uneven. Which results in the end being cut short. However on java their XP bar is even in the the middle and there is no XP box getting cut short. Here is an image below for what I mean.

Yes, as the latest beta ( 1.17.30.22 ) is released this is still an issue.

Here is a simple resource pack that I made that fixes this issue, I made a separate texture file for experience bar to make sure nothing will break (for example loading screen) and redesigned it to be perfectly symmetrical while still using a new texture of it that was added in 0.16.0, also I redesigned horse jump bar to be consistent with the new experience bar texture.

This is just a bug, developers can take a look at the experience bar in Pocket Edition 0.14.3 and it is perfect. The current Horse Jump Bar is also perfect

Please note that this is not the same as Working as Intended, as this bug report correctly describes behavior in the game that might not be the intended or desirable behavior, but it will not be fixed right now. Sometimes, this is because the issue reported is minor and/or impossible to change without large architectural changes to the code base.
