[MCPE-139076] Positioning the camera inside a boat can cause the boat to appear to be flooded with water

Summary:

When placing the camera inside a boat (which is on the water) at water level, the boat appears to be filled with water.

Steps to Reproduce:

Place your boat on the water.
Move so that the camera is at the water level in the boat.

Observed Results:

The boat will fill with water.

Expected Results:

There should be no water in the boat.
