Hi i have another issue when i play on a world with caves and cliffs experimental some of the chunks dont load and i have to wait a couple of seconds like 5 to 10 seconds just to load it please fix this

Have experienced similar issue. I'm also on a Samsung (slightly different one - J701F/DS).
Play was OK after the world loaded, then I died to go back to spawn.
I then experienced this(multiple times):
Able to see the chunk I was on, but many surrounding chunks were invisible.
I could walk out onto these chunks without falling through the world, and their topography was accurate(if there was water I would swim, etc.)
Structures far underground had been rendered and were visible.
Mobs that had been attacking me on a rendered chunk immediately became passive if I walked onto a transparent one. They walk to the border and stop. This includes ranged mobs such as skeletons.
RAM use is not high according to beta's diagnostics.
Eventually (5-20s) the chunk renders and I can see what I am doing.
After walking on this happens again.
The problem is much worse at night.
Only happens on worlds generated with "Caves and Cliffs" toggle at "on".
This is incredibly frustrating.
I will try to get some screenshots later today.

Updating my report: This is no longer an issue in the 1.17.30.24 beta. World loading takes long but gameplay is normal thereafter.
This was probably a combination of the fixed short render distance and MCPE-136665, both of which were unique to 1.17.30.23.
