[MCPE-140170] Downloaded Mods always say Unknown Pack

Bedrock Mods were downloaded, but it keeps saying the pack is unknown, it didn't appear in the world settings, but only in the options, global resources. The mod was said in 1.17 bedrock.

This report is invalid, mods aren't supported in this bug tracker, ask the mod creator to fix this.

From the screenshot it is clear that the pack is not named correctly. This is a problem with the pack, not Minecraft.
