When removing water containing a small dripleaf with a sponge, the lower part of the small dripleaf sometimes remains

Steps to Reproduce:

Observed Results:

The undersides of some small dripleaf do not break.
Perhaps it will not work the first time.

Expected Results:

The undersides of a small dripleaf should not exist without a top.

This bug is not a vanilla parity bug. I removed labels "vanilla-parity".

This is just a bug of the bedrock version.
