Everything was fine in the previous version of the update,
The day before when we updated with a girl minecraft we can't play together.
The case is as follows:
On two clients, mine and my girlfriend, there is a connection to external servers, e.g. hive.
We see each other on xbox companion and xbox in windows 10.
For me the nat connection is average, my girlfriends open.
I have options to add ports in the router, after adding on nat is average.
I reset and reinstalled minecraft on both computers.
Neither of us can connect to the other person's game, me to the girl and the girl to me.
Recreating the ported world didn't change a single thing.
Creating a new world didn't help.
Game reset, computers didn't change anything.
We don't have access to 1.17.2.
Turning off the firewall on both devices did nothing.
I spent two days trying to fix the problem myself, but to no avail.
Edit.
When I went to my girlfiends place and tried to connect us trough same wifi, everything was fine.

Not the same issue - these players are on the same OS (X-box).
This sounds like an ISP problem and not a Minecraft one - do you and your girlfriend have differing ISPs or connection types (eg. wireless router vs. ADSL, ADSL vs. fibre)?
Should you both have the same connection type, I additionally suggest that you both do a simultaneous speed test on another machine connected to the same routers as your X-boxes(using the same reference server). You will probably have significantly lower MB/s than her. If so, complain to your ISP about poor service.
Also, if you're playing on Hive, you two may be on different servers - they have EU and NA servers.

My isp is Vectra and her's UPC.
The problem stands somewhere in the game. Why you may ask?
The same problem occurred when playing old Rainbow Six Siege. 2018-19 times.
The same story I had Vectra my buddy had UPC.
In different games like world of tanks and CSGO, we have no problems.
Connection on my side in Xbox companion app is good 25ms ping and moderate nat (I have always had moderate nat and had no ping issues)
Her's stats are 39 ping and open nat.
She is using wifi without any other option.
I am hosting world on my local network with the personal router ( I am not using isp's router, it works only as a bridge from my side to isp)
All nat ports needed for Xbox services are enabled and working.

The fact that other games, especially a data-intensive one like CS:GO, work pretty much excludes most of the ISP problems I was thinking of.
I suggest re-reporting this ticket, with the additional information that you gave included, but under "Bedrock Dedicated Server" instead of MCPE, as that looks like a more appropriate place for networking problems. Also specifically write that it is not an OS compatibility problem.
I don't think anyone but the two of us is looking at this report after the computer misfiled it.
