I used my neather portal and i spawned in a block at Y: 60 or something like that and there is bedrock above my head and everything that was in the neather that i explored is gone and when i entered the neathere when you get to Y:5 everything is gone its like a void nother there and i know that there were blocks there because i have been in the neather before this update happened the only way out is to kill you self but not in the viod but have some wood with you were you can make a crafting table and make a chest to put all your stuff in oh also the neather fort that was near my first neather portal is no allgo but there is only 22 neather brick blocks of the roof of the neather fort and everything else is gone ( edited )

same issue here, the nether is now uninhabitable for me, when ever I start a new world and go to the nether, make a copy of any world-then load the nether of the copy world-if it is effed lilke missing chunks-then the next world you load that happens to involve you in the nether-you with either be placed above bedrock or in the void, and there will be missing overlapping chunks
