[MCPE-14063] Skin Transparency Does not show up on sleeve / hat layers

I got my skin from PC which is transparent but the sleeve layers are opaque

1. Get my skin in attachments and put it as your skin

2. Go in third person view or creative/survival inventory and you will see my skin is opaque on the eyes and arms
