[MCPE-14072] Keyboard buffer and delay after SO update to Windows 10 build 14316 and 14332 (Preview)

Before this Windows build the game works fine.

Now, If I press a key (ex: W), and keep pressed.... the game apears to make a buffer. After release the key, the movement continues for a long time...

I've rollback Windows 10 to 14295.rs1_release.160318-1628 (Preview) and game back to normal,

In build 14332.rs1_release.160422-1940 (Preview) with 0.14.2 is not working too, Same behaviour.

New Windows builds will have undecidable behavior. If you plan on playing mcpe and don't want to encounter any problems, then you might want to roll back to TH2 until Redstone 1 is released. You may also want to report this problem to Microsoft because Windows 10 build 14316 could be affecting other apps.

In Build 14342.rs1_release.160506-1708 the game seems to working again.
