Yesterday I was playing in one of my minecraft worlds in which I invested a good amount of time. After playing for a bit I decided it was time to go to bed. I pressed the "Save & Quit" Button to ensure everything is saved properly.
[media]Although when I decided to play again today, I found myself at spawn. Without any trace of my items. They are just gone from my inventory. So I copied the world to search for my stuff in creative and only found items I previously intentionally dropped.
tl;dr: I discovered the next day that inventory was non existent after I decided on the previous day to press "Save & Quit"
