When I walk in the overworld and on a wide, open field, I would hear fire noises and after a few seconds I get set on fire. I have searched the everywhere to find possible locations of where I’ve been ignited but there’s just no sign of fire anywhere. That also happened in the Nether (not sure about the End), where I just burnt to death.

I can’t show a video about it because I’m playing on Nintendo Switch, which unfortunately cannot film a video of the gameplay. As for the template, I’m not quite sure what it means as I have made my issue very clear in the description. Thanks.
Most likely you are experiencing MCPE-101371.
If you place blocks on the ground where you seem to be getting set on fire, does the fire suddenly appear?

That might be the case, yes. For I remember I have once set fire to the floor to burn animals but I extinguished them afterwards. Same case for the Nether, I extinguished the fire on a block but when I stepped on it, I was set on fire.
Also, I’m not sure about the ‘placing blocks makes the fire reappear’ scenario because I haven’t encountered it again since and I can’t test it out.
Resolving as Cannot Reproduce. If you encounter the issue again, check if it matches MCPE-101371 before reporting.
