[MCPE-140858] Cant see cape after use resource pack

when put a resource pack into the minecraft cape that we use will disappear from our vision the problem is if I use the resource pack cape it may still be visible on other people who are not using the resource pack but if other people are also using a resource pack and then yeah your cape or other people cape will disappear 😞.

Do you have any resource packs enabled? If so, does disabling them fix the issue?

Yes its work but i have take off all my resource pack mybe this is the bug😞
