First, Your issue MCPE-11047 was closed because it was a duplicate of MCPE-9981. I mean, the problem you described in your MCPE-11047 has already been reported in MCPE-9981 so yours needs not to be kept open.
Second, I'm not a developer at Mojang so I myself can't fix it.
