when playing with friends or servers if "lost connection from server" or "couldn't connect to the world , and click OK, it gives error self-save world

Could you please provide more details or/and media files. As such we have no repro of this issue.
Is this still an issue in the latest version (1.17.34)? If so, can you please add it to the affected versions (or mention it if you are not the reporter).
