Primed TNT does not render behind water when RTX/ray tracing is enabled

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Turn on RTX.
2. Place TNT above water 1 or more blocks of water.
3. Light the tnt and have it all into the water

Observed Results:
The tnt turns invisible

Expected Results:
The tnt should be visible through the water

 

If I dunk my head into the water, then the tnt becomes visible again, so it's only when the player is in air, but the tnt is in water. This also occurs if the water is flowing water.
