Whenever I try to use any of the skins I've bought they will not work. It lets me select them but then still shows as Steve or Alex.

I do have internet and I’ve tried resetting it a few times. It keeps saying it’s a strong connection.
do you currently have an internet connection on the device? if it disconnects, skins will not work and you will show up as default steve or alex. this may also happen if you have very very weak internet connection. the main reason i ask is because marketplace shows that it is still loading and typically doesn’t show up like that unless there is an a internet connection issue.
