[MCPE-141384] Random line of grass randomly generate on gravel moutain biome

This bug was found on version 1.17.11 on gravel moutain and the bug also works multiple platform and i did try on Windows 10 and Android 11 the result are the same thing.

Edition: Bedrock
Seed: 183692558 (No experimental just vanilla)
