Can't attack mobs and animals,EVEN can't get the boat back whenI put it into river

This does not happen at first. I created a world and build it well.Suddenly,I found that I can not attack a zombie and I can't get a boat back on the river.So now I can't use railway or river to travel.I have to delete this world and create another one.But soon,that new world had this bug AGAIN!
