[MCPE-141492] Upgrade gear table

I'm on nintendo switch V.1.17.11 and the Upgrade Gear Table isn't working at all. I closed the software. And rebooted it up and it still isn't upgrading any items at all period. It just sits their collecting dust while I'm trying to upgrade items that I can't upgrade.

Please fix this darn bug 🐛 problem its annoying not working

Works As intended (You can't use nether bricks, You need to use Netherite ingots)

Also, wrong project, this (MC) is for java edition, for bedrock edition this should be in MCPE.

Invaild report, you need to use netherite ingots and not nether bricks
