While surviving, I found village with villagers in the day. When I not sleep, in the next day, the villagers are disappeared. But if I sleep, the villagers are not disappeared.

Most likely they were killed by zombies. You might not even notice it. Try to illuminate the area so that the lighting level is high and hostile mobs cannot spawn.
