[Experimental] Custom Biome Color Messed Up

I was making custom biome. I want the colormap to match vanilla Jungle Biome. The wiki said that the color is dependant on the temperature of the biome, but it doesn't seems to use the correct color. Every time I created a new world the color is randomized, sometimes Taiga pale green, Savanna green-yellowish, or highly saturated green of the Mushroom Islands. This happens not only on my biome, but almost every addon/behavior packs that adds custom biomes. Here's my code:

Expectation:

[Grassy Desert] should use savanna color

[Rocky Taiga] should use taiga color

 

Result:

[Grassy Desert] uses taiga color

[Rocky Taiga] uses savanna and mushroom island color
