I loaded onto realms after the latest update and my texture pack says its loaded, but it keeps disappearing when I am playing, despite it showing activated.

Could you please provide more details or/and media files. As such we have no repro of this issue.
Is this still an issue in the latest version (1.17.40)? If so, can you please add it to the affected versions (or mention it if you are not the reporter).

Happened to me as well with the Skyrim Mashup. Won't apply the textures but says it's loaded. Others work though. Is this the same with you where some work and others don't?
