Cant see the name of the item I am holding

It looks like this is a problem with your texture pack, as I can't seem to reproduce the problem in vanilla minecraft. Does the problem still occur when you disable all texture packs? Could you provide a title or attach a texture pack to the report? Perhaps this is only a problem with RTX textur packs.

Also is your platform "Minecraft Windows 10 Edition"? Right?

I cannot reproduce this problem in absolutely vanilla minecraft (without resource packs and texture packs) in Windows 10 version 1.17.30. Are there any problem if you disable all texture packs? Can you provide a playback video of this problem without any texture packs?
