[MCPE-14223] Disconnected from server

While traveling by boat I was disconnected from the server and I have been unable to rejoin. I managed to access with another account but every time I log in with my main account the server crashes kicking both out. I think I've journeyed too far from spawn.

Since we are in Alpha tests for Realms at the moment, we do not offer support for individual Realms. If this issue would occur in a released version (not a alpha/beta test) you would contact support so we can look into your specific account. If you can log into another account Realm - it seems that the issue is related to an account - not service in general.
I have reported this issue and we will test it, however this is very hard to reproduce if it is not device related.

You may want to create another account and try another Realm to see if this is your account related problem or general problem with realms on your device.

Yeah I can access other realms from this device and other devices/accounts can access the realm. However I can't work out how to log out of my Xbox account to test the main account on another device. Is there a button I'm missing?

@unknown By design this button is not available in Alpha. Remove the game form device, redownload, log in. Worked for me 🙂

Ok thanks. Worked for me too.

Logged in to my main account on different device and still disconnected from server. Hope that helps. Should I reset the realm to see if that solves it or do you want me to keep trying stuff? Either is fine by me.

I am afraid that either way we will not be able to fix this now. There is no support for the Realms now, as we are just testing the server loads and behaviour mainly.
