Swimming sounds are outdated in minecraft Java
Steps to reproduce:
1 Began to swim in Minecraft bedrock
2 compare sounds of Minecraft bedrock with Java edition
3 notice the huge difference between them

Swimming sounds when going out of water and under water are incorrect (parity with Java)
