0.14.2 - "You can't place blocks here"

1st: Jumping from protocol 46 to 60?!
2nd: Joining on server softwares (MiNet, PocketMine, Nukkit) and trying to place.. i mean.. INTERACT with blocks causes the text "You can't place blocks here" and "You can't dig here" to pop up.
Wether the Network class doesn't send BreakBlockPackets anymore, or you want to kill any serversoftware and only allow Realms.
(Which would be a shame. No Plugins, etc. Also Realms isn't out for 0.14, so you would kill any server before releasing realms)
