Storage Issue

I recently bought a texture pack and i tried to download it but it said i didn't have enough space to download the texture pack, so i went and made some room as it only needed 11GB in order to activate the pack. Although i cleared up some space to download the texture pack i was still having the same issue as before where it says i have no available space to download the texture pack. The name of the texture pack is "Cute Vibes Texture Pack" and the creator is "Blockception" i don't know how to contact the creator because i was thinking maybe there was something they did on accident to allow this issue to happen, but i'm not a hundred percent sure yet. I have cleared up a total of almost 100GB on my console device and i am still having this issue so i would appreciate it if you could look into this situation and see if there is anything you can do about it.
