Hopper Mine-carts are now floating after falling there physics work fine
I think it’s a visual glitch also seen but undocumented was a time where the mine-cart turned a corner and it appeared to flash across my screen
this may effect other mine-carts it new to 1.17.30

Please clarify which of these you mean:
Minecarts are float on the first load of the world after the update.
Minecarts float every time you reload the world.
Minecarts randomly float while playing.
Also please change the Platform field to the device this occurs on for you.
