i lost everything

i died to a iron golem because there were two that randomly spawned in my village and i did not need them. i lost my inventory like you usually do when you die and i went back to where i died and all of my stuff was gone. i dug around that area and couldn’t find anything. i got out of the app (i play on my iphone) i didn’t save and quit i just exited the app thinking it wouldn’t save. i got back on my world and all my sheep, cows, mushroom cows, disappeared and all my pets (two dogs two cats and two birds) and villagers that where in my village. my village is right by my house and i played for maybe 30 minutes i didn’t experience any lag or anything unusual. i stayed in my house and village the whole time because i was fixing some things. i don't know how to fix this and there's nothing on google
