The chunks are taking a long time to load, they take more than 12 seconds and this gets in the way a lot in the explorations of the world

it depends on what gamemode you are on if in creative give it time caves and other things need time to load but if in survival your (Android system) may not be the best thing to play minecraft on
(to avoid lag try turning the render distance down a bit)
