I can play for about 20 minutes, then the screen freezes. It only does this with my profile, and only on Minecraft. If I play on our other console it does the same thing. My wife can play on the same world from another console with no problems. (If split screen both freeze) Any other profiles on my console don't freeze up, only my profile. It happens on every world and realm I play on, and only to my profile. We have tried resetting the console, uninstalling and re installing Minecraft, clearing the blu ray cache, nothing seems to help.

This is NOT resolved, it is still happening. Do I have to cancel my account? If so, how do I keep my worlds and realm?
