[MCPE-143114] Game freezes after about 15-30 mins and will not unfreeze until I press the Xbox home button on controller and then may work for maybe 10 seconds and will freeze again

When playing Minecraft on Xbox epically the Experimental Caves & Cliffs version (but does happen on normal mode) my Game will experience freezing after about 15- 30 minutes of playing, the only way to fix this is to press the Xbox home button on the controller but will only fix it for around 10 seconds, the freezing mostly only happens when, swimming in water, sprinting, mobs are around or sometimes when loading chunks and the world
