Since 1.17.30 On multiple realms me and other members can’t open our inventory / chests / barrels / shulkers / ender chests / etc. We also can’t pick anything up. We can break blocks and they disappear but nothing drops. Also sometimes the broken blocks reappear. As of 1.17.32 the bug fixes have not resolved our issues.
